Reservations

A $150.00 deposit is required to reserve your date and will be applied toward your rental rate. A copy of your rental agreement will be emailed to you for your review.

Rental balance will be due 1 week prior to your reservation date and a signed Rental Agreement will be completed on the day of your delivery.

All reservations include flexible drop-off and pick-up times.

Delivery is provided by DWDI and is complimentary for locations in a 30 mile radius of Grand Rapids. We are happy to consider reservations and deliveries to locations outside of our contractual area for an additional fee - contact us for pricing.

Cancellations

We require (and truly appreciate) that cancellations be made a minimum of 14 days prior to your reservation date. We are happy to apply your deposit toward an alternate date if the cancellation is made during this time frame.

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your reservation date unfortunately forfeit applying your deposit toward an alternate date.

All payments are nonrefundable.

In the case of an emergency or extenuating circumstances, and at the discretion of DWDI, modifications to your reservation may be considered.

Compliance

Trailer placement requires a fairly level area for a safe, secure set-up and we request that you refrain from changing the location other than to protect it from inclement weather and weekend storage.

During inclement weather, the Host/Renter is responsible for providing adequate protection (tent, tarp, garage, barn, etc.) for the trailer and its’ contents. Unfortunately, refunds are not provided due to weather related reasons.

Host/Renter is responsible for all state and local rules, regulations, and laws pertaining to the placement of the trailer and its use.

The Popcorn Machine requires placement in a safe, secure location and we request that you refrain from relocating it after set-up is complete.

A standard household outlet is needed to operate the TV and Popcorn Machine. Extension cords and power strip are provided.

All reasonable safety measures pertaining to the Trailer, TV, Popcorn Machine and Accessories are the responsibility of the Host/Renter.

No alcoholic beverages are supplied or served by DWDI.
